Beacon Behavioral Partners Appoints New CEO Rob Jardeleza, Elevates Sean Wendell to Executive Chairman
Behavioral Healthcare Organization Transitions Wendell to Board Leader, Promotes COO to CEO Role for Next Phase of Growth
PLANO, TX (July 7, 2026) — Beacon Behavioral Partners (BBP), a physician-driven organization supporting a growing national network of independent psychiatric practices, today announced that CEO Sean Wendell transitions to the role of Executive Chairman of BBP’s Board of Directors effective today. The executive board selected two leaders from within the company to continue the company’s efforts, including COO Rob Jardeleza, who will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, and Tabatha Golding, the current SVP of Outpatient Operations, who will transition into the role of COO.
During more than two decades of leadership, Wendell helped build Beacon Behavioral Partners into one of the nation’s premier organizations supporting independent psychiatric practices. Under his leadership, BBP developed a network of highly respected behavioral health providers united by a shared commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. As Executive Chairman, Wendell will continue working closely with the Board, executive leadership team and physician partners to support the organization’s long-term strategy and continued growth.

During his 25-year healthcare leadership career, he has led operational transformation, strategic expansion and organizational development across complex healthcare environments. Since joining BBP as COO, he has helped strengthen the company’s operational foundation while supporting continued expansion of its national physician network.
